Really unsure on where to start.. No management skills from senior management, often found browsing on internet, no leadship skills. Senior management do not know processes on admin staff and how to support. Junior staff are over worked, working long hours, often are blamed by senior management and directors. No investment to junior or admin teams, no pay rises, training courses and praise. Directors do not understand how to run a business. No direction to staff. At times of hard ship they avoid the situation and let other people do the work. Blame culture, interestingly the lower paid work force are always at fault. When I gave my notice in I was ignored for 4 weeks. I was treated badly, during a company meeting the directors said we should be thankful to have jobs Fear factor at this company Fear of being fired at any moment, most people wouldn't want to leave their desk Both directors are unprofessional, often about their staff. Talking being peoples backs! No benifitis for loyalty No work life balance Atmosphere is awful in the office, horrible place
