The people you get to work with are some of the most genuinely caring, delightful, inspiring humans. They're the only reason for a second star.

No respect for boundaries, personal preferences, identities or work styles. Pay is abysmal. Benefits are not great. If you're in admin, you'll be worked till you can't work no more and then get text messages and Teams calls non-stop when you have to take a sick day. The org has been slow to embrace any technology, there's no HR support, and the vice presidents are constantly doing battle which affects morale.
