      The people actually doing the work who are not part of the senior leadership team are all genuinely doing amazing work they are sorely underpaid for.

      Cons

      Corrupt leadership team who resent talented employees below them and mislead community into giving money that pad salaries of incompentent overpaid executives, stay away.

      Cons

      They withhold pay raises/bonuses unless you threaten to leave. Then the CTO remembers that your pay raise was actually approved.
