Sometimes the administrative process is quite slow.

The city environment is pretty good. People are chill, a lot of coffee breaks and nice discussions. PhD students are not under pressure compared to other universities. The rent is cheap in Orebro, so you can save some money as a PhD student as well :)

Too much vacation days/parental leave of supervisors. Sometimes they might disappear for a while, so be prepared to do research by your own.
