Pros

I have been a part of the OrePac family for almost 13 years. One of the standout features of OrePac is its deep-rooted history as a family-owned company since the 1970s. This legacy brings a unique warmth and sense of belonging that is hard to find elsewhere. One of the most remarkable aspects is the personal touch of our CEO, Brad Hart. Despite the company's growth and success, Brad knows most employees on a first name basis. It never ceases to give me pause, and a smile, when I see Brad talking with ease to those that work for OrePac; no matter the rank or title. This personal connection creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated. The dedication to employees' well-being is evident in every aspect of Orepac's operations. While the C-suite is constantly busy, there is a clear sense that the leadership genuinely cares about each employee. This care extends beyond the workplace, as Orepac understands the importance of supporting families and communities. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The company's family-oriented approach, coupled with its commitment to employees, sets it apart as a truly remarkable place to work. If you're looking for a company where you're not just a number, but a valued member of a family, then Orepac is the place for you.

Cons

Parking lot could use wider parking spaces. New food vendor for the lunch room as there could be fresher options.
