No cons during the time I was there

Most of the people were really nice, competent. Expectations were reasonable, outstandingly flexible in terms of time of day when you work and location as well.

When I worked there, the CTO was still trying to micromanage all the details of the software development process. He had been the first software developer at the company and saw himself more as a software developer first and a CTO second. This led to a bottlenecking where too many decisions had to go through him because he wasn't quite ready to let go of control over the details. He has since moved on from Ordoro though so this is no longer relevant.
