Pros

Ordermentum is a brilliant platform, with a strong customer base and an inspiring CEO who knows how to lead the charge. Many of the team behind it are talented and genuinely good people.

Cons

Over time management changes have thrown a bit of a spanner into the works. Some managers are not exactly the most inspiring, where it's all about micromanaging over the most trivial matters for the sake of their own ego and need for control, also constantly moving the goalposts, which isn't exactly a morale booster.

Pros

I joined Ordermentum out of the General Assembly Web Development Immersive and I couldn't have asked more for my first full-time coding role. The entire organisation is supportive of nurturing and growing junior software developers. I had clear goals and expectations set. They throw you in the deep end but make sure you have floaties to support you. You get to deliver features to customers from the start. I get to work with really smart people on interesting problem with developers who love what they do. The whole experience of being involved in a high growth startup has been a learning experience.

Cons

It can be hard work but the team rallies behind each other to achieve the goals of the organisation.

Pros

I love Ordermentum. That said, we work very hard to achieve our goals. We hold each other to account and we push one another to do better. I’ve worked for larger companies but I've never felt connected to the customer or to the end-user unlike I do with Ordermentum. As anybody who has worked at a startup product company knows, the balance between speed and quality is one of the biggest hurdles (along with product market fit). If you enjoy the ability to have an impact and enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging and highly collaborative environment you should reach out and join the team.

Cons

Trying to move fast, and not break anything
