Small company - IT Support Orchestry Employee Review

Every team member enjoys the freedom to exercise their expertise and grow every day, without the fear of overstepping or being micromanaged. New ideas are embraced and celebrated and there isn't any red tape that prevents team members from taking action and executing those ideas, Remote work is a huge bonus, allowing people to focus on getting work done and not waste time on commuting. Unlike many other remote companies, there isn't an over-abundance of unnecessary meetings. Company culture is very welcoming and warm and it's easy to get started and succeed from day one. The benefits package is extremely competitive and continues to improve. The company is on a solid growth trajectory and it is truly rewarding to be part of a successful tech company which continues to capture significant market share, has an ridiculously low churn rate (both from staff and customers perspective) and constantly exceeded revenue growth goals. The whole company truly cares about their output and immediate action on any input, whether it be from staff, customers, or partners.
