Pros
Great people in the company. Everyone is friendly and working towards the same objectives, helping each other whenever necessary. Additionally, the office is a tightly knit group of people. The smaller headcount allows you to have a very real impact in the product and the clients.
Cons
Given the global nature of the firm, communication across time-zones is necessary, which leads to sometimes untimely meetings.
