Pros
It's a casual environment, with smart people, the politics are minimal (in most areas), and for the most part you are only limited by your own ambition. -flexible schedule -decent tech company perks (foosball, pop machines, breakfast, onsite activities) -TRAVEL DISCOUNTS! -Low politics/most people are straight up -cool technology
Cons
-Fair amount of turnover at the SLT level. Much of the SLT is non-technical and doesn't always "get it" -Smaller groups can have limited opportunity for advancement -Some dead wood, but doesn't get in the way :) -Not always clear why people get promoted. At times there seems to be a culture of failing upwards.
