Pros
Understanding colleagues, friendly environment, weekend holidays, and a coffee machine in the office.
Cons
1) Improper management, lack of experienced people in the company, and poor HR policies.
2) The work mostly comes from the upper management directly to the mid-level/junior-level employees which put a burden on them since they also have to manage other activities.
3) We had been called to the office all of a sudden during the pandemic in spite of the proper functioning of the company remotely.
4) Very poor appreciation in terms of hike, appraisal, and work done by the employee. This is the most important point I want to highlight.
5) Sales team promise anything and everything to the client which can even include things beyond the universe.
Recommended only for those who want to enter into market research as fresher or left out of no options left in the industry.
