Pros

It says I have to enter at least 5 words here so here they are....

Cons

Backstabbing, lying to clients, lying to candidates, and lying to anyone is their mission. They like to lowball the candidates and then inflate their work backgrounds. Their finances are questionable as well. If you have a soul you won't do well working here.

Pros

no payroll issues ever experienced

Cons

Orbis Clinical is the definition of a company that puts profits before people. Leadership is severely disconnected from day-to-day operations and makes little effort to understand or support their teams. Employees aren’t treated as individuals—they're viewed as numbers on a spreadsheet, expected to produce without consideration for morale, burnout, or growth. The culture is cold, performative, and ultimately toxic. Recognition is nonexistent, and communication from leadership is minimal unless it's about results. There’s no real investment in employee development or well-being—just pressure to hit targets at any cost. High turnover and low engagement are brushed under the rug rather than addressed. If you value meaningful work, supportive leadership, and a healthy workplace culture, look elsewhere. Orbis may talk the talk, but behind closed doors, it’s all about the bottom line.
