      1. Flexible work hours 2. Manager's encouragement 3. Work environment is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions 4. There are lots of opportunities for learning new things 5. Monthly meetings to connect virtually with our colleagues 6. Good peers 7. Birthday surprises :)
