      Cons

      HR is horrendous. Management likes to rule with an iron fist and provide zero support or listen when concerns are raised regarding their decisions and its impact to projects. There is no opportunity for growth. Everyone is replaceable to them. Absolutely zero training is provided to do your job and when you make a mistake you're the failure. There is a clear difference in how management and HR treats the different sectors of the company, with fabrication being treated like a bunch of peasants who do nothing but displease them.

      Pros

      Orano has good work life balance and flex opportunities. Excellent benefits, including 8% from Orano towards 401k (5% co match plus 3% base). Work has a lot of autonomy on a daily basis. Solid pay levels.

      Cons

      Silos and not very stable work environment with periodic layoffs. Revolving door at senior leadership.
