Pros
As a former employee, I now realize how much I learned working for Orange. Due to lay-off, I have taken my knowledge to a new employer and feel like a star with the compliments I'm receiving in supporting managers and staff.
Cons
Management takes too long to reply which delays processes, procedures and customer support.
