      Pros

      I worked for OSV in SF. Great people working there despite terrible management.

      Cons

      Management is shady and imcompetent; they don't honor their promises (salary increase, bonuses) , there is a lot of politics going on which ruins the environment. There is no structure and this company is straight up toxic.
