Pros
- Ability to grow at your own pace - Take as many responsibilities as you want - Ability to explore different roles - Corporate benefits and culture - Smart and overall great colleagues
Cons
- Corporate slowness - If you don't negotiate high salary in the beginning there is little chance it will grow - To be promoted (and get slightly higher salary increase), you need to achieve a lot - Technology stack is not modern, system is legacy - keep that in mind for future if you plan on changing companies, because you will not have good experience and even if you are senior or principal in NS, you are not even senior in other companies by their standards
