      Buen ambiente de trabajo Buenos compañeros.

      Cons

      Desde el Covid la cultura de la empresa ha ido decayendo. Inicislmente mantenia la cultura de startup pero con los beneficios de la empresa matriz. Ahora se está diluyendo. Están eliminando el teletrabajo. Tech stack anticuado. Lo han intentado mejorar pero no han podido. Luchas internas entre departamentos que acaban afectando a los trabajadores.

      Hybrid schedule, good tools, good training for the most part

      Cons

      High expecations despite under 10% of the org hitting quota, constant process changes, disorganzied org meetings, inconsistent answers across teams, heavy outbound, highly competitive for accounts, and finally NetSuite is a legacy product that will be replaced in the next 3 years or so
