Pros
Great time off package & 401K & medical benefits, they have many little perks like sending all employees to a local baseball game for the day, and they try to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Cons
Management is terrible, most managers are very cold to employees, there's also a lack of trust between management & employees. No new hire training its a go it a lone attitude, and many times you are looking to other peers for answers because managers are never accessible. Many managers do not even respond to emails. No team work spirit.
