Working at Opus for almost a year now has been an incredible experience. I started in the Customer Experience team and have since progressed to a Marketing Executive role. The opportunities for growth and development here are immense. The supportive people and positive culture at Opus truly make a difference. It’s a place where collaboration and encouragement come naturally. From my very first day, I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out to anyone for help.
Cons
It is hard to think of a 'con', however, one potential challenge is that the bar for quality at Opus is set very high. The company is filled with A players, but that’s also what makes it such a rewarding place to work. It pushes me to continually improve and deliver my best every day.
