      The pay is excellent for the area and usually very little crunch time. Benefits are good with reasonably priced health insurance.

      There has been some turnover in upper management which has affected the company's focus.

      Great upper level management team. Executives were also very friendly and down to earth. Great environment and company culture.

      No glaring cons. Legal team needs to be better equipped for future growth.
