No matter how hard you work, management will be there to bring you down. You are supposed to act like this is the best place in the world to work and never bring up anything going wrong. I watched an executive torture an employee for years and nothing was done about it. Most people in the company were aware of this and yet nothing could be done. Human Resources was a joke. They were there to make sure the company looked good at the employees expense. If you want a real team, do not work here.
