      Company culture shift. Less collaboration and more siloing. They care more about profit/bottom line than their employees or members

      Remote work, work/life balance and OT only during peak season.

      Cons

      Low Pay, Ambiguous instructions, rude lead assist, poor training and attendance occurences that supervisors control.
