Pros
People I work with are fantastic and we are a so close that we call ourselves a Wamily. The benefits are fairly decent too. My boss is great.
Cons
Certain departments that interface with providers should be prepared for 1% salary increase for your performance review regardless of your performance. Also undoubtedly, if you come in in the emerging market zone of the salary range for the grade level, fully anticipate that at some point, you will fall out of your salary range for your grade level and be left without recourse.
