Benefits are a joke, and it's a 6-month fight with UHC to ever get anything covered. Severely understaffed and overworked - especially during Open Enrollment. Plan on 65-hour work weeks with no acknowledgement, hardly even a simple 'thank you'. Annual raise is generally less than 2% with zero bonus.
