It is not unusual to discuss ideas directly with Product leaders, Engineering, or even the CEO and receive thoughtful feedback. The work environment is calm, supportive, and collaborative. Everyone is focused on their own work, but people are always willing to help when needed. For people who want to learn how a SaaS company operates across support, product, and technical teams, there is a lot of room for growth.
