      Free food. Good perks. Pay is decent although other market makers pay a similar rate.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment - a lot of managers will throw you under a bus to save themselves. Myself and others have brought the problems to managements attention - nothing was done. Long working hours. Lack of diversity.

      Good compensation, collaborative environment. Company also seems to aim to be at forefront of new tech such as AI

      When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
