Cons
- Toxic 'we're a family' culture and messaging - Consultant performance/bonuses based on billable utilization, but sales can't fill pipe with enough work - Consistent layoffs over the last 3 years. Layoffs seem random with no consideration about who they're laying off and how that impacts clients / teams - Sales teams and delivery teams have different motivations / compensation structures that conflict with one another, so they are constantly battling each others. - Middle management constantly changed every 6 months and constant re-orgs. - The moral is extremely low, everyone seems unhappy. Lots of people I knew were searching for other opportunities.
