Great rehabilitation programs. Rewarding when working with a clients who are successful. Potential to move up within the company.
Cons
Flex scheduling creates burnout and high turnover rate with staffing. When staff quit of leave a site, overtime is mandatory for everyone working. Breakdown in communication from supervisors to direct care staffing. Poorly taken care of houses and yards, making the home an eyesore in the neighborhood. No activities for clients , causing them to be bored and create their own undesired activities.
