- Highly skilled people with a broad range of expertise. - Diverse Programs with travel opportunities - Bonus scheme - Nice office - Strong middle management - supportive of staff - Strong Technical knowledge - not used within the Programme team
Cons
- Hierarchical - Senior management do not listen to staff. Ignore feedback. Lack of involvement in any decisions. - Team rearranged with no consultation and no support. Junior staff not replaced causing increase in workload. - No systems. No investment in staff. - COO, unsure as to what this role is - High turnover and low moral - this has not been addressed with staff and we do not know what is being done to look into this.
