Pros
Monthly programs with food and games You can actually engineer some good solutions with autonomy/freedom because senior management won't be much involved in coding decisions because of lack of technical knowledge and time. There are some people with good technical knowledge which you can learn from.
Cons
Firstly most of the positive reviews you find will not say except things like "good" or "no cons as of now", because they ask you give good rating in career portals. Here are some of the cons I can point out to -they are dependent on Microsoft to give them projects so you are stuck using dying tech like vb .net -no code reviews or analysis of technical skills you will get promotion based on your licking skills -no projects, most people work on internal (made-up projects) that are not taken seriously even by the managers (in terms of quality) hence it is not good for freshers at all -mass firings of interns after their placement season is over with no senior member taking responsibility ,you can't fire 15 out of 30 people and have no one take it's responsibility --managers acting like masters making you do the work and taking credit for making you work. --the worst part is that they change terms of employment any day, one fine day they woke and told the interns here that the bond conditions have changed and you have to sign it now -Management's only job is to figure out ways to maximize the work done while minimizing the increments.
