Pros
The company is growing quickly but remains at human size which makes communication easier between department. The management organizes regularily events to get employees to spend time together out of work. Plus the work environment is very friendly and international. The business is doing very well and brings lot of opportunities
Cons
I am leaving after 2 years because I got the opportunity to start a new position with great responsability at a higher salary.
