It serves as a security deposit for our employees which we refund upon completing one year with us. We communicate this information to any candidate looking to work with us during the onboarding process through our offer letters. Our target timeline for the offboarding process of an employee is 15 days. We also mention this to our new employees in the contract itself and during the onboarding process. Lastly, we had CIT clearance issues earlier because the CIT office misplaced documents crucial to the process. A total of three of our employees were affected by this and resulting in problems with the clearance process.
