Not a good place to work - BBT4 Maintenance Optimum Employee Review

Unhealthy work environment, do not value employees, poor incentives and raises, health insurance premiums are very high for subpar insurances. Upper management is demeaning and inept and attempt to get by with the bare minimums.. Very toxic work environment passed down from upper and middle managers, local office and bosses are Good but are extremely limited in decision making ability due to upper management. They will blame all shortcomings on “the union”.
