Where do I start? Ever Since Altice took over Suddenlink.. OH..And NO! Jerry Kent is NOT the CEO anymore, when he WAS... THE BEST COMPANY EVER! Should be an insult for him on where this company has succumb! This French company that took over is all about the bottom line, Money in their pocket! Customer service has gone out the door, They have Fired/"Given settlement" to most management and technicians, "we make too much money" for running a smooth ship... They don't care about the Customer anymore nor the local employee's! JERRY did, he was passionate about the customer and the employee's. "Frenchy" is going to Contractors for his technicians, It won't happen right away, however the service is going to go down the toilet/'les toilettes'...So sad...He's closed 2 call centers in the United States, laid off hundreds...Hummm where are our calls going? Should be interesting...Our health insurance rates have doubled, we no longer get reduced cable. Which is fine, however Jerry Kent created a wonderful balance for his employees, creating his huge empire into a fantastic company, then rewarding his employees with reduced cable/internet services, not to mention EXCELLENT health benefits that didn't cost a fortune to the worker bee... Shame on you Frenchy! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF....Laying off So many people from the US...East Coast to the West Coast...Sure making a name for yourself aren't you! Mr..Patrick Drahi, Shame on you! (Congrad's Europe, looks like you have some new jobs!)

Working from home is a nice perk

Everything if i could give a 0 i would, the company cuts commission in half due to their billions of dollars debt and they make it the employees problem, treat the employees like trash, you get yelled at by your supervisor like they own you, you get treated like a slave, when you do good you're the best thing that's ever happened to them but when you're struggling which btw is their own fault, you are the worst thing that has ever happened, the company purposefully sends calls to departments they don't belong so they mess with your numbers, employees from departments overseas make the customer's life so impossible that good employees get treated like garbage by customers too, you can't win like EVERRR, you get hawked even by the higher ups like CEO level people on your calls when you're just a regular employee, they keep letting people go left and right, if you do bad you're gone but if you also do too good you're also gone, nobody is safe and you're told that constantly on a daily basis.
