We recognize that fast-paced, performance-driven environments can feel intense, and that experience can vary by team, role, and moment in time. Creating a culture where people feel safe to speak up, supported in their development, and aligned with customer-first values is something we take seriously. We just brought 450 people together to Amsterdam for a go to market bootcamp that showed our prioritization in learning, and supporting employees for their success. While there are clear performance metrics, the overarching feeling is that people are heads down with customers to drive their success and transform their business.
