No working from home, they now offer two days every two months, with a week notice. Very strict on getting there on time, but they don't take into consideration if you stay late or work extra at home (nights and weekends). CEO has a special way of making employees feel bad by talking down at them, patronizing (especially if your degree isn't worthy enough).
