Pros
Some work colleagues were nice
Cons
- every single person there was unhappy with the exception of the token Brown noses (the ones that have been there for a year +) - the good ones go, the bad ones stay. Still to this day I am amazed at the turnover rate - upper management wouldn't know how to be genuine to save a life. - they exploit their workers like there's no tomorrow. As I study Coordinator, I had NO support whatsoever, yet the blame game was strong. - they hired marketing managers, sales personnel, but had NO PHARMACIST OR QUALITY EMPLOYEES. They worked with big pharmaceutical companies, yet relied on ill experienced Study Coordinators to take on these roles which absolutely baffled me. - the owners are stingy, like so stingy. They don't pay well and would do anything to not give you a pay increase. But hey, as long as their pockets are full, right? I have never, ever witnessed a company with such poor work culture. I was extremely undervalued, under paid, bullied, and exploited working at Optimal. They did not even say thank you, or goodbye to me as I left.
