      Work with wonderful Hospitals who are members of the insurance company. Great co-workers. Benefits are ok, but have been reduced over the years...

      Cons

      Leadership is all structured on friends in the role. You do not get pay raises, only COLA if your qualified.

      Pros

      there is stability in your job, the benefits are great, the people including senior management are excellent... overall a good place to work

      Cons

      there is a lot of competition for work, even within the company, it is very easy to get "stuck" in a position. The pay could be better
