Good for people with lots of experience - Behavior Technician Optima Family Services Employee Review

- Supervisors are not very involved. I hardly received any constructive feedback. Lack of clear directions for the therapy. I didn’t receive a Behavior Intervention Plan for the ABA clients. Sessions weren’t structured, I felt like I just had to go in and wing it and hope for the best. Lack of parent training hours, resulting in therapists and parents not being on the same page, which wasn’t good for clients’ progress.
