Pros

- Opportunities to learn and get your foot in the door. - Friendly co-workers. - Everyone helps one another. - Benefits were okay for the most part (Health Insurance, Retirement, ect) - Oportunities to work from home.

Cons

- The infrastructure of the service was terrible/outdated, which led to constant outages. This meant VERY upset customers all the time. - VERY stressful. Call Center Environment. If you dont know how to handle stress, stay away. - The company is high in promoting from within, but often times it may come with little to no salary raise.
