When it comes down to it they will fire you for no reason. They will say it has nothing to do with your work, productivity, attendance etc but won’t give a real reason. The one I got was I didn’t display the level of enthusiasm and energy they wanted during the holiday 2020. I HAD COVID 19!! I still did my job everyday! I was nice on the phone so no one knew how sick I was. But I wasn’t energetic enough!!!! So basically they say they are understanding but if you can’t be peppy happy and jumping up and down energy ALL THE TIME!! Don’t work for them!
