Poor working environment - Equipment Operator Opterra Solutions Employee Review

I love working here. This team is focused on its people and customers. Goals are clearly laid out, everyone is works together, and management is excellent. All the staff are kind and helpful.

I didnt always feel this way. A few months ago I would dread coming to work. The sales manager was rude and focused on his self. Constantly complained about everyone and refused to listen to anyone. They recently got rid of him and another employee that were not aligned with the company goals and boy did it make a huge difference. I honestly can't think of any negatives right now. I love coming to work and have never worked anywhere that I liked this much.

Pay decent, some good people outside of Lexington, SC

They preach that they’re a Christian based company and preach the bible but will use the same bible to hit you with in the back of the head. They don’t care about growing people, only care about how much money you can get them right now. Then they throw you out if you question something that’s unethical. Most horrible company on the east coast
