Pros

Part of the Serocor Group which gives them a strong backing and helps them deliver to their clients. The back office team within the company are hard working and help and assist as much as they can.

Cons

Don't listen to employees concerns or issues. Over worked and no one takes notice. No accountability for actions and management rarely on site to interact with staff. If your face does not fit its easy for management to exit you from the business.

Pros

Organisaiton is focussed on positive outcomes and behaviours for internal team members, suppliers and clinet relationships. Collaboration and operational excellent are a focus whilst ensuring that career development and welfare is not over-looked. There is an open door policy between staff and senior management to discuss business processes, client requirements or any areas of development or concern. Also being part of a wider group business also gives access to people and resources who are subject matter experts in their field. Optamor is also a good place and environment to work in with good technology and flexible working practices which means we have been able to attract good talent into our business.

Cons

It is essential that as our business grows that we all work to retain and live our core values and lines of communication which have been developed internally by our team.

Pub on-site Gym on-site Starbucks Coffee on-site Restaurant on-site Free office tea and coffee/kitchen facilities 5 minute walk to local Tesco Superstore, M&S, Sportsdirect etc. 10-15 minute walk to the local centre and train-station. Ability to flex hours to complement work/life balance.

Avoid if you're looking for clearly defined roles, objectives and work structure. Being apart of a small growing business means there's no time to sit on the fence and watch, you'll need to get involved and help the business to grow and evolve with each new client.
