Horrendous. From ridiculous interview processes, that are more about stealing applicants' ideas and wasting their time, to stuffy backwards leadership whether that's in management or on executive levels. Barely begun to grow proudly but act, and expect, the loyalty of a much larger, considerate company offering much more. Pay far too little but will faff around claiming their rates are competitive - perhaps compared to a century ago but certainly not today. So embarrassing.
