Pros
The shift times and availability are extremely flexible, which is great for people like students or people who want to work at short notice, during sociable hours or around a busy schedule. The job is also super easy and enjoyable - meeting lots of different people and spending time outside is a pretty good upside. This job also lets you develop confidence with public speaking, and practice your interpersonal and marketing conversational skills.
Cons
Having to work outside can sometimes be difficult in bad weather, and the success of the shift can vary often depending on your time and location. The nature of the job also means that your success as an employee is measured by the results of your missions, which are essentially out of your (the distributors) control which sometimes feels a bit frustrating.
