Unorganized and unprofessional management, unethical practices by support staff, lack of communication and lack of respect from upper management. case managers are required to do busy work and some "dirty work" that gets in the way of charting and providing good case management : i.e waste clean up, office/kitchen cleaning, running food pantry, room inspections, and a administrative duties that should/could be completed by the main office staff.
