Leadership team is oblivious. They think that all they have to do is throw money to people to hire them or get them to stay. What they don't realize is that money doesn't solve for a toxic company culture, lack of leadership values, strategy or direction, and subpar technology.
Employees are burned out, overworked and underpaid. Also doesn't matter if you have more experience than your manager, they will hire you below them and pay you less. Very little promotion opportunity.
We are asked to take surveys to gauge how we feel about the company and our job. Results clearly show that employees are NOT happy. They pretend to do busy work to improve this but it never goes anywhere. Employees are also pressured to write positive reviews so the company can make it on lists like Best Places to Work. It's all a fake facade.
