The best part about this job is having flexibility in your schedule. With an unlimited vacation policy, you are able to live your life without being tied to out-dated, rigid company policy that keeps you stuck in your desk. The culture isn't 'forced' like some other companies - it happens organically because everyone is allowed to work creatively and with purpose. The people are genuine and want to hear your ideas. Cons
To be honest, I haven't really found any cons. As a start-up, there are areas that need fine-tuning and/or development, but that is just a challenge to take ownership and share your ideas.
