Great people - Anonymous employee Openbay Employee Review

I don't know where to start, loved everything about this job. I got to work with a great team, used cool tech, and worked on an amazing product. The job is fully remote, which is a huge plus for me and the work life balance at Openbay is second to none. Management is super accommodating to the individual needs of employees, at a level that I haven't really seen elsewhere. The CEO, Rob, is a great guy and I always felt like I could bring and concerns or issues I had to him and he'd hear me out. Overall had a great experience at Openbay and would recommend working there to anyone interested in joining a start up. Pay is also very good.

Openbay feels less like a company, and more like a family. Whether it's company outings or meetings, the company does everything together. Fellow employees are supportive and there to help. The CEO, Rob Infantino, is brilliant and constantly checks in with employees to make sure they have all of the tools necessary to succeed. Rob is a mentor and is incredibly approachable and happy to work side by side with his employees on projects. This is rare nowadays, and one of the key drivers that keeps the company close knit and on the path to success. The leadership team as a whole is there for you. Openbay wants you to succeed, and everyone is here to help. If you ever need help with anything, just ask! You won't be left high and dry. So many reasons to work for Openbay, but if you take one thing away from this review, let it be that you will be on the front lines of helping the company grow and your work will directly impact the progress of the company!
